Matthew Dominski
Matthew S. Dominski serves as First Industrial's Chairman of the Board and has been a director of the Company since March 2010. He previously served as a director of CBL & Associates Properties, Inc., a shopping mall real estate investment trust in the United States. From 1993 through 2000, Mr. Dominski served as Chief Executive Officer of Urban Shopping Centers, formerly one of the largest regional mall property companies in the country and a publicly-traded real estate investment trust. Following the purchase of Urban by Rodamco North America in 2000, Mr. Dominski served as Urban’s President until 2002.
In 2003, Mr. Dominski formed Polaris Capital, LLC, a Chicago, Illinois-based real estate investment firm of which he was joint owner through 2013. From 1998 until 2004, Mr. Dominski served as a member of the Board of Trustees of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC).
Mr. Dominski’s extensive experience leading other public and private real estate companies, both as a senior executive and a director, is a valuable asset to the Board of Directors. He received his Bachelor of Arts degree in economics from Trinity College and Masters of Business Administration degree from the University of Chicago.

Peter E. Baccile is President and CEO of First Industrial Realty Trust. He joined First Industrial as President in September of 2016 and assumed the CEO position in December of 2016. He brings more than 30 years of management, real estate and financial expertise to the role. He also serves as a member of the Company’s Board of Directors.
Mr. Baccile joined First Industrial from UBS Securities, LLC where he served as Joint Global Head of the Real Estate, Lodging and Leisure Group within the firm’s investment banking division from June 2012 to September 2016. Prior to that, Mr. Baccile served in various senior leadership roles during his 26-year tenure at J.P. Morgan. Most recently, he was Vice Chairman of J.P. Morgan Securities Inc. He also served as Co-Head of the General Industries Investment Banking Coverage Group which encompassed Real Estate, Lodging, Gaming, Diversified Industrials, Paper Packing and Building Products, and Transportation. Before that, he served as Global Head of J.P. Morgan’s Real Estate, Lodging and Gaming Investment Banking group for 10 years. During his career, Mr. Baccile has been responsible for key customer relationships and more than $250 billion of capital markets and strategic transactions.
Mr. Baccile is a member of the National Association of Real Estate Investment Trusts (Nareit), where he serves as a member of the Executive Board and The Real Estate Roundtable, where he was past Chairman of the Real Estate Capital Policy advisory committee. He is a past trustee of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and the Urban Land Institute (ULI).
Mr. Baccile holds an MBA from the Fuqua School of Business at Duke University where he was a Fuqua Scholar and earned his Bachelor of Science degree from Cornell University.

Teresa Bryce Bazemore
Teresa Bryce Bazemore has been a director of the Company since May 2020. Ms. Bazemore is currently the President and Chief Executive Officer of the Federal Home Loan Bank of San Francisco. She presently serves on the Board of Directors of T. Rowe Price Funds. She formerly served on the Board of Directors of the Federal Home Loan Bank of Pittsburgh and Chimera Investment Corporation (NYSE: CIM).
From July 2008 through April 2017, Ms. Bazemore served as President of Radian Guaranty Inc., a subsidiary of Radian Group Inc. (NYSE: RDN), where she led strategic planning, business development and operations of Radian Guaranty’s mortgage insurance business line and information technology and governmental affairs for Radian Group. From October 2006 to July 2008, she also served in various capacities with Radian Group, including Executive Vice President, General Counsel, Corporate Secretary and Chief Risk Officer.
Previously, Ms. Bazemore was Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary of Nexstar Financial Corporation. She also served as General Counsel of the mortgage banking line of business at Bank of America (NYSE: BAC).
Ms. Bazemore currently chairs the Board of Directors of the Public Media Company and serves on the Board of Trustees of the University of Virginia Foundation, for which she also serves as the Chair of the Audit Committee. She is also a member of the Advisory Board of the University of Virginia Center for Politics and the Board of Directors of the Southern California Chapter of the International Women’s Forum. Ms. Bazemore holds a B.A. from the University of Virginia and a J.D. from Columbia University.

H. Patrick Hackett, Jr., has been a director of the Company since December 2009. Mr. Hackett is the principal of HHS Co., an investment company located in the Chicago area. Previously, he served as the President and Chief Executive Officer of RREEF Capital, Inc. and as principal of The RREEF Funds, an international commercial real estate investment management firm.
Mr. Hackett taught real estate finance at the Kellogg Graduate School of Management for many years and also served on the real estate advisory boards of Kellogg and the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
Mr. Hackett currently chairs the board of Wintrust Financial Corporation (NASDAQ: WTFC) and is a trustee of Northwestern University. He provides the Board of Directors with valuable real estate investment and finance expertise. In addition, Mr. Hackett’s financial expertise is valuable to the Company’s Audit Committee, which he has chaired since June 2010.
Mr. Hackett received his Bachelor of Arts and Masters of Management degrees from Northwestern University.

Denise Olsen
Denise A. Olsen has been a director of the Company since November 2017 and serves as a member of its Audit and Compensation Committees. She became Chairperson of the Compensation Committee in May 2020.
Ms. Olsen is senior managing director and a member of the investment committee of GEM Realty Capital, an integrated real estate investment firm that invests in private market assets and publicly traded securities, where she has served since 1996. She oversees business development for GEM Realty Capital. In addition, she is responsible for investor relations, reporting and communications for the firm. Previously, Ms. Olsen was vice president at EVEREN Securities serving in their Real Estate Corporate Finance group. She also served in various capacities at JMB Realty Corporation, including senior portfolio manager of corporate mixed-use developments and as a member of the acquisitions group.
Ms. Olsen is an executive committee member of The Zell Lurie Real Estate Center at the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania. She also serves on the Investment Advisory Committee of The Harry and Jeanette Weinberg Foundation. She formerly was a board member of CyrusOne, Inc., serving on the Audit and Compensation Committees.
Ms. Olsen received her Bachelor of Science in Economics from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.

John E. Rau has been a director of the Company since June 1994 and serves as Lead Independent Director. Since December 2002, Mr. Rau has served as President and Chief Executive Officer and as a director of Miami Corporation, a private asset management firm. From January 1997 to March 2000, he was a director, President and Chief Executive Officer of Chicago Title Corporation, a New York Stock Exchange listed company, and its subsidiaries, Chicago Title and Trust Co., Chicago Title Insurance Co., Ticor Title Insurance Co. and Security Union Title Insurance Co.
Mr. Rau was a director of Nicor Inc. from 1997 until it was sold to Southern Company Gas (formerly AGL Resources Inc.) in December 2011 and continues as a director of Southern Company Gas. He is also chairman of the board of directors of BMO Financial Corp. Mr. Rau was a director of BorgWarner, Inc. from 1997 to 2006 and a director of William Wrigley Jr. Company from March 2005 until its sale to Mars, Inc. in September 2008.
From July 1993 until November 1996, Mr. Rau was Dean of the Indiana University School of Business. From 1991 to 1993, he served as Chairman of the Illinois Economic Development Board and as special advisor to Illinois Governor Jim Edgar. From 1990 to 1993, he was Chairman of the Banking Research Center Board of Advisors and a Visiting Scholar at Northwestern University's J.L. Kellogg Graduate School of Management. During that time, he also served as Special Consultant to McKinsey & Company, a worldwide strategic consulting firm. From 1989 to 1991, Mr. Rau served as President and Chief Executive Officer of LaSalle National Bank. From 1979 to 1989, he was associated with The Exchange National Bank, serving as President from 1983 to 1989, at which time The Exchange National Bank merged with LaSalle National Bank. Prior to 1979, he was associated with First National Bank of Chicago.

Mr. Yap is the Chief Investment Officer and a co-founder of First Industrial Realty Trust. He directs the overall investment and disposition strategy of the Company, including the approval process, for both on-balance sheet and joint venture transactions. During Mr. Yap's career with First Industrial, he has overseen the underwriting and execution of more than $15 billion of industrial real estate transactions. He is also responsible for management of the Company's West Region portfolio and personnel.
Mr. Yap has led the sourcing and structuring of more than $1 billion of UPREIT investments that established the Company's national platform. He has also directed the formation of several joint ventures, which have significantly expanded First Industrial's franchise.
Prior to joining First Industrial, Mr. Yap worked for The Shidler Group where he was responsible for financing, construction management, leasing, asset and property management, and sales.
His professional affiliations include the Urban Land Institute (ULI) and the National Association of Real Estate Investment Trusts (NAREIT). Mr. Yap also serves on the Board of Advisors of the James A. Graaskamp Center for Real Estate at the University of Wisconsin and is an Advisory Board Member of the Kelley School of Business of the University of Indiana, Center for Real Estate Studies.
Mr. Yap earned his Masters of Business Administration and Masters of Architecture from the University of Illinois Champaign-Urbana and his Bachelor of Science in architecture from the University of the Philippines.

With more than 35 years of commercial real estate experience, Peter Schultz is responsible for leading the investment initiatives and portfolio operations for First Industrial’s East Region.
As Executive Vice President, Mr. Schultz manages the region's portfolio, guides its team of experts, and directs the proper execution of all leasing, development, acquisition and disposition activities primarily throughout the eastern U.S. He also is a member of the Company's management committee, which drives the overall strategy of the Company.
Prior to his current role, Mr. Schultz has served in several management positions with First Industrial. Most recently as Managing Director - East Region, Mr. Schultz directed new business efforts in the East Coast markets by providing customized supply chain solutions to customers.
He has also led the Company's leasing team and ensured the delivery of industry leading service to customers across the Eastern U.S. as First Industrial's Vice President - Leasing for the East Region. Earlier, Mr. Schultz was Senior Regional Director for First Industrial's Philadelphia office, responsible for growing the Company's platform across that multi-market region. Mr. Schultz joined First Industrial in 1998 upon the acquisition of PBS Properties, Inc.'s portfolio, where he served as President and Managing Partner.
Previously, Mr. Schultz was Director of Marketing and Sales for the Pickering Group and Morgantown Properties.
An active member of the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP), Mr. Schultz earned his B.A. in business administration from Gettysburg College.

Bringing more than 25 years of experience to the position of First Industrial Realty Trust's Chief Financial Officer, Scott Musil leads all aspects of the Company's finance function including capital markets, treasury, financial planning and reporting, tax, risk management and investor relations. He is also a member of the executive committee responsible for developing and executing the Company's strategic plan.
Prior to joining First Industrial, he served in various capacities with Arthur Andersen & Company, specializing in the real estate and finance industries.
Mr. Musil is a non-practicing certified public accountant. His professional affiliations include the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the National Association of Real Estate Investment Trusts (NAREIT).
He earned his Bachelor of Science in accounting from DePaul University and his Masters of Business Administration from the University of Chicago's Graduate School of Business with a concentration in finance.

Ms. Jennifer Matthews Rice joined First Industrial as General Counsel in 2019. With more than 20 years of legal experience, Ms. Matthews Rice oversees legal affairs for First Industrial.
Prior to joining First Industrial, Ms. Matthews Rice served as Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary of Brandywine Realty Trust. Prior to joining Brandywine, she served as Fund Real Estate Counsel for Exeter Property Group, General Counsel for Preferred Real Estate Investments and as an associate attorney with the law firm Ballard Spahr LLP. Ms. Matthews Rice clerked for the Honorable Ronald D. Castille, the now-retired Chief Justice of the Pennsylvania Supreme Court.
Ms. Matthews Rice is a member of NAREIT and NAIOP. She earned a B.A. degree from Franklin and Marshall College and a J.D. from Temple University School of Law.

Christopher Schneider
Bringing more than two decades of experience to his role of SVP Operations and Chief Information Officer, Chris Schneider develops and implements the overall information technology strategy for First Industrial Realty Trust.
Mr. Schneider evaluates information needs and creates strategies for required programming, systems development and hardware acquisitions. He also leads the Company's forecasting efforts for financial planning and operations. Since the Company's formation, he has coordinated the quarterly financial and property statistics reporting,
In addition to his Information Officer responsibilities, Mr. Schneider leads property management operations for the Company's West Region. Previously at First Industrial, he handled all of the tax functions.
Prior to joining First Industrial, Mr. Schneider was controller at the The Shidler Group where he oversaw accounting, tax and treasury functions for the Midwest Region. Earlier, he was a tax consultant with Arthur Andersen & Company, where he specialized in real estate and partnership tax, and worked for two residential and commercial property management firms.
A certified public accountant, Mr. Schneider is a member of the National Association of Real Estate Investment Trusts (NAREIT) and the Minnesota Society of certified public accountants. He earned his Bachelor of Science in finance and accounting at the University of Minnesota.

Donald Stoffle
Bringing more than three decades of commercial real estate investment experience to the role of Executive Director of Dispositions, Don Stoffle oversees all sales activity for First Industrial Realty Trust.
As Executive Director of First Industrial's dispositions division, Mr. Stoffle is responsible for pricing, structure and contracts for all disposition activity on behalf of the company.
Over the course of his real estate career, Mr. Stoffle has gained extensive experience in acquisitions, dispositions, development, due diligence, market/site analysis, appraisals and construction/mini-perm lending. During his 20 year tenure at First Industrial, he has completed acquisitions totaling more than $1 billion and dispositions in excess of $8 billion.
Prior to his current role at First Industrial, Mr. Stoffle served as Senior Investment Officer of the company's Gulf/Mountain region where he was responsible for identifying, underwriting, negotiating/structuring and closing acquisitions, dispositions and redevelopments. Earlier, he was an Investment Associate for the company's Midwest region.
Before joining First Industrial, Mr. Stoffle was a Commercial Banking Officer in the real estate group of Bank of America Illinois. While there, he originated more than $175 million of mini-perm and construction loans.
A graduate of Northern Illinois University with a Bachelor of Science in finance, Mr. Stoffle is an active member of the Chicago Real Estate Council (CREC) and holds an Illinois Real Estate Salesperson license.

With more than 30 years of senior management and real estate finance experience, Bob Walter joined First Industrial Realty Trust in 2007 to lead the Company's capital raising efforts. As Senior Vice President of Capital Markets and Asset Management, Mr. Walter manages relationships with the Company's debt and equity capital partners. In addition, he is responsible for portfolio strategy and is a member of the executive committee that drives strategic planning for the Company.
Prior to joining First Industrial, Mr. Walter served as Senior Vice President for U.S. Bank Corporation, where he managed the institutional, residential, middle-market, and affordable housing lending groups in Chicago. Previously, he was Executive Vice President at First Bank and Trust Company of Illinois, where he led real estate lending and portfolio management.
Earlier in his career, he held management positions at General Electric Capital Corporation, LaSalle Bank and Nomura Asset Capital Corporation.
Mr. Walter is a Director of the Western Golf Association and is a past member of the Board of Directors of the Evans Scholar Alumni Association. He is also a past member of the Board of Directors of the Wisconsin Real Estate Alumni Association. Mr. Walter earned his Master of Management from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and his Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Wisconsin.

Valerie Baxa
With more than two decades in the environmental and real estate arenas, as Vice President of Environmental, Valerie Baxa leads all of First Industrial Realty Trust’s environmental management and reporting activities across the country.
In her role, Ms. Baxa oversees all aspects of environmental due diligence related to the Company’s developments, redevelopments, acquisitions and dispositions. She also develops and negotiates environmental-related provisions in leases. Ms. Baxa is responsible for creating strategies and solutions related to tenant and building environmental and energy compliance. Prior to joining First Industrial, Ms. Baxa served as an environmental consultant focused on real estate, remediation and compliance projects related to real estate transactions and REITs across a wide range of markets and property types.
Ms. Baxa earned a Master of Science in Environmental Management from the Illinois Institute of Technology (IIT) and a Bachelor of Science from Loyola University of Chicago.

In addition, Mr. Harmon oversees marketing efforts and communications at the corporate level.
Prior to joining First Industrial, Mr. Harmon served in investor relations consulting and staff roles at Aon Corporation, Thomson Financial Investor Relations and OLC Advisors. In these roles, he specialized in investor targeting, institutional investor research, and program and message development for a range of companies across multiple industries.
Mr. Harmon earned a BA in Economics from the University of Chicago. He is a member of the National Association of Real Estate Investment Trusts (NAREIT) .

John Wyeth serves as Vice President of Operations for First Industrial Realty Trust’s East Region, where he oversees operations, property management and maintenance. He has more than 25 years of commercial real estate experience.
Since joining First Industrial in 2008, Mr. Wyeth has held several leadership positions in property management and operations. Most recently, he served as Operations Director for Detroit, Cleveland, Cincinnati and Indianapolis.
Prior to joining First Industrial, Mr. Wyeth served as a Manager of Portfolio and Leasing Services at CBRE where he led CBRE’s leasing and customer service teams responsible for its Comerica Bank account in Auburn Hills, Michigan. Prior to CBRE, Mr. Wyeth was a Regional Property Manager with McKinley, Inc. in Ann Arbor, Michigan, where he was responsible for managing 1.4 million square feet of office, retail and flex real estate, along with project management for the firm’s redevelopment projects.
Mr. Wyeth earned his bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Eastern Michigan University. He is a Member of BOMA, CCIM and IREM.

With more than 15 years of commercial real estate experience, Robert Allen directs First Industrial Realty Trust’s initiatives in the Dallas market, providing custom industrial real estate solutions to multinational and local customers.
As Senior Regional Director/Market Leader, Mr. Allen oversees the operations, portfolio management, investment and leasing activity for the Dallas Region. In addition, he is responsible for the oversight of new build-to-suit and development projects, along with sourcing new land sites for future growth.
Since joining First Industrial in 2006, Mr. Allen has expanded his responsibilities, holding several positions. Most recently, he served as Senior Marketing/Leasing Director for the Dallas region. Prior to joining First Industrial, Mr. Allen was responsible for leasing retail assets at Weingarten Realty.
Mr. Allen earned his Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees from Southern Methodist University. He has been an active member of NAIOP, the Commercial Real Estate Development Association, as well as the North Texas Commercial Association of Realtors (NTCAR).

With 18 years of experience covering a wide range of responsibilities in the real estate industry, Jerry Devon leads marketing and leasing efforts to brokers and corporate customers for First Industrial Realty Trust’s west coast region.
As Marketing Leasing Director, Mr. Devon secures lease transactions, sources new properties for acquisition, and oversees the marketing of First Industrial’s available properties in Los Angeles, San Diego and Seattle.
Prior to First Industrial, Mr. Devon served as Director of Asset Management and Leasing for Rexford Industrial where he oversaw the leasing and operations of a multi-state value add industrial portfolio. Previously, he served as Vice President of Asset Management for RREEF, a real estate investment management firm, where he oversaw the leasing, marketing, property management and value creation of a 2.6 million square foot portfolio.
Earlier, Mr. Devon worked as a commercial real estate broker with several leading firms. He spent four years at GVA/IPC specializing in the leasing and sales of industrial properties. In addition, he was a broker with Foster & Company, focusing on tenant representation of office and industrial users.
Mr. Devon earned his Bachelor of Science degree in psychology, with a business minor, from Pennsylvania State University.

As Senior Operations Director, Patrick Foudy provides asset management of First Industrial’s West Coast portfolio and leads the region’s property management and operations teams.
Previously, Mr. Foudy was Senior Vice President at IDS Real Estate Group for 16 years. Executing many responsibilities, he provided asset management oversight for a portfolio consisting of 3 million square feet of industrial and 1 million square feet of office in Southern California and the Bay Area. In addition, he managed a trophy portfolio consisting of 3 million square feet of office and industrial properties, marketed the portfolio for lease, managed construction of ground-up developments and significant capital projects, sourced acquisition opportunities, and led the marketing of dispositions. Prior to IDS, Mr. Foudy began his career in commercial leasing brokerage.
Mr. Foudy graduated from UC Berkeley with a degree in Economics.

As Executive Director, Mr. Hanlon leads First Industrial’s investment strategy and initiatives across the NE region. He leverages extensive market knowledge and experience to originate new opportunities in the region that benefit our investors and provide real estate solutions for customers.
Just prior to joining First Industrial, Mr. Hanlon served as principal for the Hayden Maguire Real Estate Fund and senior acquisitions officer for Hayden Real Estate Investments, where he led the acquisition and development activities for the firm.
Earlier, Mr. Hanlon held senior leadership roles with several leading real estate firms. He was Managing Director at Cornerstone Real Estate Funds, where he led and managed all aspects of U.S. real estate investments and operations. Previously, he was First Vice President and Market Officer at Prologis, where he conducted all development and acquisition capital deployment in the NE, and oversaw the New Jersey and Pennsylvania portfolios and regional operations teams for the REIT.
Mr. Hanlon received his MBA in Finance from the NYU Stern School of Business and his bachelor's degree in Economics from Virginia Tech.

Brad Kluever
With more than 10 years of commercial real estate experience, Brad Kluever leads First Industrial Realty Trust’s investment and leasing efforts in the Houston market and is also responsible for sourcing investment opportunities in several other key markets.
As Senior Regional Director/Market Leader for First Industrial Realty Trust, Mr. Kluever manages acquisitions, speculative and build-to-suit developments, and lease negotiations for the Company’s Houston portfolio. In addition, he works closely with regional directors in both Denver and Florida to source and execute new investment opportunities, including building and land acquisitions and developments. Mr. Kluever began his career at First Industrial serving as Regional Investment Analyst for the Central and East regions and reported directly to First Industrial’s Chief Investment Officer and Co-Founder, Johannson Yap.
Prior to joining First Industrial, Mr. Kluever was Director of Asset Management for a private equity investment firm in the Chicago area.
Mr. Kluever earned a Bachelor of Science in Real Estate from the University of Denver. He is a member of NAIOP and was a member of the organization’s Developing Leaders program from 2014 – 2018.

With 25 years of commercial real estate experience, much of it in Southern California, Ryan McClean has been integral in helping First Industrial expand its West Coast presence to serve the needs of corporate customers coast-to-coast.
As Executive Director for First Industrial Realty Trust's West Coast region based in Los Angeles, Mr. McClean is responsible for overseeing acquisitions, development, build-to-suits, asset management and lease negotiations for the company's regional portfolio.
Prior to his current role, Mr. McClean held a variety of positions within First Industrial, including serving as Senior Investment Analyst for the company's West Coast region. He was integral in expanding First Industrial's presence from its Midwest origins to a coast-to-coast provider of industrial real estate solutions, including establishing the company's L.A. office and acquiring and developing over 10 million square feet in Southern California.
Mr. McClean began his career at First Industrial's corporate headquarters working as an analyst for Chief Investment Officer Johannson Yap and the company's new market investment team.
Mr. McClean earned a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.

As Senior Regional Director for First Industrial’s Chicago/Milwaukee Region, Adam Moore is responsible for leasing, acquisition, development and other corporate customer initiatives throughout the region.
Mr. Moore has over 19 years of experience working in the commercial real estate sector, during this time he has been responsible for over $1 Billion in transactions. During his time with First Industrial, he has completed an average of 40 lease transactions per year while increasing portfolio occupancy and quality through acquisitions and development.
Prior to his current position, Mr. Moore served as Marketing/Leasing Director for First Industrial's Chicago/Milwaukee region, working with tenants on new leasing opportunities throughout the area.
Previously, Mr. Moore served as a Vice President for Krusinski Construction Company where he was responsible for business development and commercial development activities. Earlier, he was a Director at the brokerage firm Cushman & Wakefield, Leasing Agent for Prime Group Realty Trust and a Broker for Equis Corporation.
An active member of the Association of Industrial Real Estate Brokers (AIRE), Mr. Moore holds a Bachelor of Science in economics from DePauw University.

Prior to joining First Industrial, Mr. Quinn spent over ten years with IDS Real Estate Group as a Senior Vice President in San Francisco, focused on the acquisition, development, leasing, and asset management of industrial and office projects in Northern California and the Pacific Northwest.
Mr. Quinn earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economics-Accounting from Claremont McKenna College. He is a LEED AP and a licensed Real Estate Broker in both California and Washington.

Corey Richardson
A seasoned commercial real estate leader with a strong track record of developing corporate and broker relationships, Corey Richardson is responsible for leasing and managing First Industrial's portfolio in the Atlanta and Nashville regions.
As Senior Regional Director, Mr. Richardson helps customers find the right solutions to grow their businesses or gain distribution efficiencies and leads the Company's operations in the region.
Prior to joining First Industrial, Mr. Richardson was a senior leasing/development officer for Duke Realty Corporation in Atlanta. In his role, he leased, managed and developed 3.6 million square feet of a 9.1 million square-foot industrial, flex and single story office portfolio. Previously, Mr. Richardson worked at Holder Properties Inc. in Atlanta as a director of business development. There he developed, coordinated, and managed the strategic sales, marketing, and business development initiatives of this privately-held real estate development firm.
Mr. Richardson earned his bachelor of arts in economics from the College of William and Mary, his masters of sports administration from Ohio University, and his international masters of business administration from Southern Cross University.
He is a member of National Association of Industrial and Office Professionals (NAIOP) and is a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) Candidate.

As Regional Director, Jim Schlundt is responsible for managing First Industrial’s portfolio, operations and business relationships in Minneapolis, Detroit, and Cincinnati. He is a 26-year veteran of the commercial real estate industry.
Prior to his current role, Mr. Schlundt held several positions at First Industrial, including Operations Manager, where he gained extensive knowledge of the market and the portfolio, in addition to building strong relationships with tenants and the brokerage community. Earlier, he served as First Industrial’s Leasing Director for the Minneapolis region.
Prior to joining First Industrial, Mr. Schlundt worked for Duke Realty Corporation as Leasing Director for the Minneapolis market.

With a career spanning more than 30 years focused primarily on marketing and leasing commercial real estate, John Strabel leads the Company's portfolio initiatives and lease negotiations in the Denver market.
As Senior Regional Director, Mr. Strabel is responsible for overseeing the Company's regional portfolio of properties and nurturing key customer relationships. Prior to relocating to Denver, he spent six successful years leading First Industrial’s Detroit and Cleveland regions.
Prior to joining First Industrial, Mr. Strabel served as Vice President of Industrial Services at Trammell Crow Company, one of the nation's leading developers and investors in real estate. There he was responsible for the development and leasing of over 3 million s.f. of industrial properties, including a 312,000 s.f. warehouse/distribution facility in Romulus, MI and a 144,000 s.f. regional warehouse in Madison Heights, MI.
Previously, he was Territory Manager for Innovative Medical Systems, Inc. and Account Executive at Owen Wagner and Company.
Mr. Strabel holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Northwood University, where he also played NCAA Division 2 Tennis.

With more than 25 years' experience in office and industrial real estate development, sales, finance, leasing and asset management, Jeff Thomas leads First Industrial Realty Trust's portfolio efforts and corporate customer industrial real estate solutions across Pennsylvania, Maryland and Virginia.
As Senior Regional Director/Market Leader based in First Industrial's Harrisburg, Pa. office, Mr. Thomas is responsible for all leasing, dispositions, acquisitions and development projects in his three-state territory.
Before his current position at the company, Mr. Thomas served as Senior Regional Development Officer at First Industrial where he was responsible for land acquisitions, managing development projects and sourcing new development opportunities in Pennsylvania, Virginia and Maryland. He was also Regional Director for First Industrial's Baltimore/Washington, D.C. and Central Pennsylvania portfolios and, prior to that, was Asset Manager of its Central Pennsylvania and Atlanta portfolios. He began his First Industrial career in 1994, joining the company shortly after it went public.
Earlier, Mr. Thomas served in numerous roles with Rouse & Associates, a real estate development company whose Central Pennsylvania operations were later acquired by First Industrial.
An active member of the Council of Supply Chain Management Professionals (CSCMP), Mr. Thomas earned his bachelor's degree from the University of Delaware.

With more than 30 years of experience working in commercial real estate, Chris Willson leads the Company’s leasing, acquisition and development initiatives across Florida.
As Executive Director, Mr. Willson is responsible for sourcing new investment opportunities and securing lease transactions in Central and South Florida.
Prior to relocating to Florida, Mr. Willson served as Senior Regional Director of First Industrial’s Minneapolis/St. Paul region, where he oversaw lease negotiations, asset management, dispositions, developments and build-to-suits in the Twin Cities.
Mr. Willson has served First Industrial in a number of roles, including as Regional Development Officer, where he was responsible for supervising all development projects in both the Twin Cities and the Detroit metro area. Earlier, he was responsible for overseeing the region's brokerage and marketing activities.
Before joining First Industrial, Mr. Willson worked for nearly 10 years as an industrial real estate broker with CBRE and the Shelard Group.
Mr. Willson received his Bachelors Degree from the University of Minnesota. He is an active member of NAIOP, where he served as a board member for the Minneapolis chapter. Mr. Willson is also a designated member of the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR) and the Minnesota Commercial Association of Realtors (MNCAR).

Thomas Civitanova serves as Vice President of Operations for First Industrial Realty Trust, where he oversees operations, property management, construction and capital expenditures for a 25 million square foot portfolio. He has more than 25 years of commercial real estate experience.
Since joining First Industrial in 1999, Mr. Civitanova has held leadership positions in property management, leasing and operations in various markets. Initially, his career began in the property management and leasing of First Industrial’s Detroit and Cleveland portfolios. He later became the Operations Director for Chicago, Milwaukee, St. Louis and Nashville. Currently he serves as Vice President of Operations for markets that include Chicago, Dallas and Houston.
Prior to joining First Industrial, Mr. Civitanova was a property manager with McKinley, Inc. in Ann Arbor, Michigan, where he was responsible for managing and leasing industrial and office properties.
Mr. Civitanova earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Economics from Boston College and his Master’s Degree in Facility Management from the University of Michigan. He secured his CPM designation in 2008 and his CCIM designation in 2017. He currently serves as a Board Member for BOMA Suburban/Chicago and has been an active BOMA Industrial Committee member since 2018. In addition, he participates in the BOMA mentoring program.

Bringing more than 20 years of experience to his role as Vice President Insurance/Risk Management, Jon Raleigh oversees all aspects of the corporate insurance and risk management program including Property/Casualty, Executive Risk, Fleet Risk, Loss Control and Business Continuity.
Mr. Raleigh has been a member of the First Industrial team for more than 20 years. In his role, Mr. Raleigh works closely with our insurance broker partners, TPAs, insurance carriers and other vendors to ensure appropriate coverages while maximizing the value of insurance and other contracts. He is also regularly involved in lease negotiations, SOX compliance, event and claim management, disaster/business continuity planning, loss control and safety training.
During his career, Mr. Raleigh also served as Vice President, Risk Management for American Realty Advisors. During his tenure there, he orchestrated a number of critical improvements to ARA's risk management program including enhancements to policies, procedures and protocols comparable to those of other leading institutional real estate advisors.
Mr. Raleigh earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Political Science at Illinois State University. He earned his Paralegal Certificate with honors from Fairleigh Dickinson University. Mr. Raleigh also obtained the Associate in Risk Management (ARM) and Chartered Property/Casualty Underwriter (CPCU) professional designations from the American Institute for Chartered Property Casualty Underwriters.

Marcus L. Smith has been a director of the Company since February 2021 and serves as a member of its Investment and Nominating/Corporate Governance Committees.
Mr. Smith is a Director of MCSI Inc. (NYSE: MSCI), a leading provider of critical decision support tools and services for the global investment community. He was the Director of Equity (Canada) and a Portfolio Manager at MFS Investment Management (“MFS”) until his retirement in April 2017, where he was responsible for managing the MFS Institutional International Equity Portfolio and the International Concentrated Portfolio. During his tenure at MFS which began in 1994, Mr. Smith held a variety of positions, including Director of Equity (Asia) from 2010 to 2012, Director of Asian Research from 2005 to 2010, and Equity Analyst from 1995 to 2000. Prior to joining MFS Investment Management, he was a senior consultant at Accencture, working within its Financial Services Group. Mr. Smith served as a United States Army Reserve Officer from 1987 to 1992.
Mr. Smith is also a trustee for certain Eaton Vance investment funds. He is a member of the Boston advisory board of the Posse Foundation and the Academic Advisory Committee for The Harvard Medical School. He previously served as a Director of DCT Industrial Trust Inc. and as a trustee for the University of Mount Union.
Mr. Smith holds a Bachelor of Science from the University of Mount Union and an MBA from the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania.
