If you do not agree with this Privacy Policy, please do not use the Sites or provide Personal Information to us.
Notice at Collection for California Consumers: If you are located in California, please review our Privacy Notice for California Residents appended as a supplement to this Policy.
- Information We Collect
“Personal Information” refers to any information that identifies, relates to, describes, is reasonably capable of being associated with, or could reasonably be linked, directly or indirectly, with a particular individual.
The Personal Information we collect about you depends on your relationship and interactions with us. We may collect Personal Information directly from you, automatically through tracking technologies on our Sites, from third parties that provide information with your authorization or on your behalf, and from other third-party sources. The Personal Information we may collect includes the following:
- Contact details such as name, email address, phone number, and address;
- Website tracking data, such as IP address, referring URL, device ID, web browser characteristics, and date and time of activity;
- Property search and inquiry information, such as property preferences, search criteria, contact-form submissions, and details about properties or services that may interest you;
- Job applicant information, if you apply for employment with us, including contact information, resume, employment history, education history, government identification (e.g., Social Security number), and background check information;
- Protected classification characteristics, to the extent voluntarily provided by job applicants or otherwise required for employment-related compliance;
- Commercial information, such as records of property inquiries, services requested, or payment history, where applicable; and
- Inferences drawn from any of the information listed above to understand website usage, preferences, characteristics, behavior, or interests.
We may also collect Personal Information automatically using various tracking technologies, such as cookies, on our Sites. The information collected by these tracking technologies may include IP address, referring URL, device ID, web browser characteristics, and date and time of activity. See further information in the section below.
If you provide us Personal Information relating to other individuals, you warrant that you have the authority to do so, and where required, have obtained the necessary consent, and acknowledge that it may be used in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
- Online Tracking Technologies
We use cookies and similar technologies (collectively referred to as “cookies”) to collect user activity information, including browsing activities and preferences. Based on the cookies currently active on our Sites, we use the following types of cookies:
- Strictly Necessary and Functional Cookies. These cookies are essential to the operation of our Sites or remember your preferences. They include cookies that remember your cookie consent choices and security cookies (such as Google reCAPTCHA) that protect our forms from automated spam submissions. These cookies do not collect information for marketing purposes.
- Analytics and Performance Cookies. These cookies collect information about how visitors use our Sites, including which pages are visited, how visitors navigate the Sites, how visitors interact with individual pages (such as where they click and how far they scroll), and site performance metrics such as page load speed and errors. We use tools such as Google Analytics 4, Microsoft Clarity, and New Relic for these purposes. This information helps us understand website usage, measure the effectiveness of our content, and improve site performance.
- Marketing and Targeting Cookies. Certain cookies on our Sites are classified as marketing or targeting cookies because they are associated with third-party advertising networks. For example, some cookies set by Microsoft Clarity are linked to the Microsoft/Bing advertising network and may be used to deliver more relevant advertising or to support cross-context behavioral advertising. These cookies may constitute a “sale” or “sharing” of Personal Information under applicable privacy laws.
You can opt out of Analytics and Performance, and Marketing and Targeting cookies at any time by clicking “Decline” on our cookie banner or by clicking the “Your Privacy Choices” or “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information” link at the bottom of the Sites, where available. Your ability to opt out does not extend to external or third-party websites that are accessible through the Sites; please see the below section on “Links to Other Websites” for more information on third-party websites.
Our Sites’ cookie management tool is configured to honor opt-out preference signals sent by Global Privacy Control (“GPC”) within your browser. Please note that due to technical limitations, the GPC signal may only be recognized within your current browser. For more information on GPC, please visit https://globalprivacycontrol.org.
Some internet browsers have “Do Not Track” or “DNT” features which, when turned on, send a signal to a website that the individual visiting the website does not wish to be tracked. Such browser features and industry standards are not uniform, so our Sites do not respond to DNT signals, but you can control your cookie preferences in the settings of your internet browser. Please note that if you block or reject cookies on our Sites, some functionality of the Sites may be limited.

Additionally, if you visit our Sites with the Global Privacy Control opt-out preference signal enabled, if required by law, that signal will be treated as a request to opt out of “sale,” “sharing,” or targeted advertising. Please note that your request may apply only to the browser or device from which you submit the request. Learn more about the Global Privacy Control at https://globalprivacycontrol.org.
- Right to Appeal. In some circumstances, we may deny your request to exercise one of your privacy rights described in this Privacy Policy (e.g., if we cannot verify your identity). We will notify you of our decision regarding your appeal in writing via an email within 45 days of receipt. If we deny your appeal, you may have the right to contact your state Attorney General to file a complaint.
We may use inferences for website analytics, marketing personalization, and similar business purposes, but we do not engage in profiling activities that further automated decisions producing legal or similarly significant effects.

The Sites may contain links or references to other websites or online services to which this Privacy Policy does not apply, including third-party investor relations resources or other external websites.
